These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Leora ("Leora," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Leora platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 You must be 18 years or older to use Leora.
1.2 You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration.
1.3 You may not use Leora if you have been previously banned or removed for safety reasons.
2.1 You must create an account using your legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address.
2.2 You agree not to create multiple accounts.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
2.4 You must not impersonate any person or entity.

3.1 All users must complete identity verification to access Leora.
3.2 Verification ensures user safety, prevents impersonation, and protects the community from fraud, abuse, and harmful behaviour.
Users located in the United Kingdom, the United States, and all regions outside the European Union must complete biometric verification.
This may include:
Biometric data is processed only with explicit consent and solely for identity verification and fraud prevention.
Users located within the European Union may choose to complete a short manual video-call verification instead of biometric verification.
If you decline to complete verification (biometric or manual, where offered), you cannot use Leora.
If you have been banned for harmful, abusive, or fraudulent behaviour or possess public convictions for violent or domestic abuse offences, you will be denied access.
We retain minimal data only to prevent re-registration.
Submitting false or fraudulent documents will result in immediate removal.

5.1 Leora offers free and paid tiers.
5.2 Paid subscriptions require a minimum 6-month commitment and auto-renew unless cancelled.
5.3 Refunds are not provided for partially unused periods except where legally required.
6.1 You may upload only one unfiltered, unedited selfie that matches your verification.
6.2 You retain ownership of your content but grant Leora a license to display it within the platform.
6.3 You must not upload offensive, explicit, or infringing content.
7.1 You may report harmful behaviour directly in the app.
7.2 Leora may investigate and take action, including warnings, suspension, or banning.
7.3 We may notify authorities in cases of serious harm or threats.
8.1 Our use of your data is governed by the Leora Privacy Policy.
8.2 We never sell your data.
8.3 Your data is encrypted and stored securely.
8.4 If you delete your account, your data is removed unless retention is required for safety (e.g., banned users).
9.1 You may delete your account at any time. However, deleting your account does not cancel or refund any active subscription, nor does it shorten the minimum subscription period. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your account settings or your app store.
9.2 We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to others.
