Eligibility decisions

Leora conducts lawful safety and risk screening to assess eligibility and protect our community.

Access is discretionary and based on safety, integrity, and platform standards.

No ghosting culture

If a user disengages while actively using the platform, conversations are closed respectfully. Ghosting behaviour is discouraged.

Reporting and blocking

Users can report or block others at any time. Reports are reviewed promptly by our Trust & Safety team.

Meeting offline

We encourage users to:

• Meet in public places
• Inform someone they trust
• Trust their instincts
• If moving to a more serious connection always do a Clare's Law and Sarah's Law (if you have children) check if you are based in the UK

While Leora cannot control offline behaviour, we have designed the platform to reduce risk before connections move offline.
