This biometric data is processed with your explicit consent, used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention, and is deleted when no longer necessary.
2.2 EU Users: Manual Non-Biometric Alternative
Users located in the European Union may choose not to use biometric verification due to EU GDPR rules.
EU users may instead complete a short manual video-call verification, where a trained team member visually confirms identity against your ID document. This method does not process biometric data.
This manual option is only available to EU residents. It is not offered in the UK, USA, or other regions.
2.3 Data Retention & Security
- Identity verification data is stored only for as long as needed to protect users and prevent fraud
- All data is encrypted at rest and in transit
- Verification data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for profiling

- EU, UK, and US users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data
- EU users may withdraw biometric consent and choose manual verification instead
- UK and US users may withdraw biometric consent, but will not be able to access the platform without verification
